Job Description

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain filing system
• Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings or
conferences
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
• Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure
compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
• Prepare and process real estate documents and contracts.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, taking phone calls and
meetings.
• Handle inquiries from clients and potential buyers.
• Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure
compliance with legal procedures.
• Drafting and preparation of Deeds, Mortgages and all other
documents necessary for registration.
• Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
• Assist in general legal files.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently, follow
instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative as well as
have a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
