Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wage: CAD$ 19.50/hr
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30hrs-40hrs/wk

Job Duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate the activity of sales and cashiers
– Assign the duties and prepare work schedules
– Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
– Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
– Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
– Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
– Train new staff and monitor and report on performance
– Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays,
signage and cleanliness
Job requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail/ customer service field
