Job Title: Painter
Term of employment: Contract Full Time 2 years/ Renewable. 30 – 40 hours per week.
Start day: As soon as possible
Shift(s): 5 Days a week, may require working on weekends.

Wage: $ 25 per hour

JOB DUTIES:
Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted.
Repair cracks and holes, Mix paint to desired colour and texture.
Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings.
Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
No degree, certificate or diploma
1- 2 years relevant experience.
Positive and friendly attitude.
Attention to detail, Hand-eye coordination, Physically demanding, Ability to distinguish between colours, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend shifts.
