Over 4 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

General duties as
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, and other food
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory and modify procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Train staffs in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
