Job Details
Location: 282 Main Street, Sussex, NB, E4E 1R6
Salary: $17.50/hour
Vacancies: 2 vacancies
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time, 40 hours/week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work site environment: Noisy
Work Setting: Food service establishment, Restaurant

Responsibilities
Tasks:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Supervise:
• 5-10 people
• Food service counter attendants and food preparers
