Care for children. Duties also include light housekeeping. Laundry and tidying up of children’s room. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Assist parents in caring for the children and in their appointments. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks. School drop-off and pick up. Help with homework. Accompany children to different activities such as walk to the park or nearby amenities. Supervise the children according to the standards set by parents and while the parents are at work. Tend to the emotional well-being of the children and support their social development.
Interested applicant must have passion in childcare and must be willing to commit to long term. Position is live-out. Aboriginals, Indigenous People, Newcomers, Reservists, Youth and Mature applicants are welcome to apply. Qualification is at least high school graduate OR at least 6 months related working experience with childcare. Language requirement is English.
Hourly rate is $16.00.
