Job Description

Endeavor Trust Corporation is a fast-growing provincially regulated financial institution located in downtown Vancouver. We play a key role in the Canadian securities market through participation in company initial public offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate actions.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

•         Process securities transactions using in-house software;

•         Coordinate with clients and stakeholders by email and phone, including lawyers, accountants,  financial institutions, corporate officers and directors;

•         Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances and transfers and other securities transactions;

•         Produce and distribute physical share certificates and share statements for shareholders;

•         Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings; and

•         Other administrative duties or projects as assigned
