Primary Duties
• Cook and prepare individual dishes, foods or complete meal.
• Plan Menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, costs and monitor and order supplies
• Clean Kitchen work area
• Schedule and Supervise Kitchen helpers
• Set up and overseas Buffet
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements
• The ability to communicate effectively in Basic English is required.
• This position requires continuous standing, full mobility, and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and on occasion up to 70 pounds.
• Secondary school education is an asset.
