Job duties:
• Supervise and oversee the work of employees and ensure projects are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare detailed production reports and other related documentation to track progress and performance.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks and activities to maintain smooth project workflows and meet deadlines.
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process for new staff, including conducting interviews and making staffing decisions.
• Provide training to employees or arrange appropriate training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Utilize CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) and other specialized software systems for project planning and design.
• Estimate project costs and determine the quantity and type of materials required for successful completion.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations and workplace standards are strictly followed by all team members.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and plans to guide project execution.
• Request or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support ongoing operations and project needs.
• Lead and provide instruction to workers or teams to guide them through specific tasks or objectives.
Skills requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a related area is required.
