Job duties:
• Architect, build, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems.
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Analyze IT performance data to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Audit and review company’s software, IT systems, and IT processes to uphold quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate cyber and physical security risks to company’s data, software and hardware.
• Develop, implement, and manage IT security policies and procedures.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data is stored securely and efficiently.
• Assess user experiences and incorporate feedback to enhance usability.
• Provide training to staff on new software, hardware, and IT policies.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to the company staff whenever needed.
• Install necessary updates to company software and hardware
Skills requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, or a related discipline is required
• At least 3 years of related work experience (e.g. as a computer programmer) is required.
