Job Description:
– Prepare various types of sushi items including sashimi, sushi, maki, rolls and other Japanese dishes
– Handle all kinds of raw fishes by skinning and deboning
– Plan and develop seasonal/special menu
– Perform monthly inventory
– Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality
– Hire, train, and supervise semi-skilled cooks and other kitchen staffs
Job Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required
– Min. 1 – 2 years of cooking experience is required
– Communication skills in English
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $ 16.00 ~ 20.00 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
