Job Description

-Cleaning the area to prepare food as per the law and company standards.
-Preparing ingredients such as cutting vegetables, chopping meat etc.
-Monitor the quality of ingredients before cooking.
-Checking the stock of ingredients and place order in case of any shortage,
-Preparing food as per the specification of customers and before the arrival of guests.
-Adjusting food according to the demands of clients keeping in mind their allergies and diet concerns.
-Assisting other cooks while preparing meal.
-Garnishing order before serving.
-Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system.
-Storing the food properly.
-Cleaning up the workstation at the end of shift.
-Cooking using different appliances like oven, fryers, blender, grill etc.
