Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Wages: CAD$22.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate staff;
· Assign sales staff to duties and prepare work schedules;
· Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise;
· Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
· Order merchandise that is low in stock;
· Keep sales records for inventory control;
· Handle customer complaints, issues and questions;
· Train staff and monitor staff performance;
· Ensure store front and the products are in clean conditions;
· Work on displays and signage.
Job Requirements:
· 1-2 years of retail sales experience
· Completion of secondary school
