Job Description:
G2G Berry Farm be need in of Farm Supervisor who can supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers. You will recognize and respond to the organization’s needs, identify opportunities to promote and provide advice to enhancing the overall quality of our produce
Reports to: General Manager and Owner
Job Duties:
· Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
· Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
· Develop work schedules and establish procedures
· Ensure farm safety procedures are followed
· Maintain quality control and production records.
· May perform general farm duties.
Working Conditions:
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
· Mental stress: high pressure role with significant stress from time constraints, responsibilities and procedures.
· Full-time (40 hours per week)
· Flexibility is a key requirement
