We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry for assistant sales/floor manager. The ideal candidate will have a reputation and commitment to customer service at the highest level.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Manager or Management role in an automotive dealership is required
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
Ability to drive manual transmission
Diploma in business sales
Professional attitude, with attention to detail and innovative, critical thinking skills
Valid OMVIC certification
Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
Sales
Set and monitor team and individual performance targets
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
Monitor, manage and consistently develop all lead sources to ensure every potential opportunity is captured
Recruit and build a cohesive sales team
Encourage and monitor individual team member professional development
Inventory Management
Inventory management (new and used) including lot, showroom and ordering cars from the factory
Responsible for trade-in/ wholesale vehicles
