Light duty cleaner

AvranceCorp Developments is a leading Real Estate Developer operating across Toronto and the GTA area since 2016.
We are seeking to hire a light duty cleaner who will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our office.
Employer’s Address / location of work: Unit 1-4205 Keele Street, North York, ON
Duties:
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Stock and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all facilities and common areas.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required in a commercial setting.
Qualifications:
• Education Required: No formal requirements.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is an asset.
• Comfortable working with various cleaning materials, such as disinfectants.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job.
• English is required to perform well at the job
Terms of Employment:
• 30 hours per week, permanent, full-time position, with overtime as needed (part-time will be considered).
• Compensation includes a wage of $34.07 per hour and 10 calendar days of paid vacation per year.
Relocation Costs covered by the employer.
