Salary: $16.50 per hour / 37.5 hours per week – full-time position

Job Description:
· Supervise, manage and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
· Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
· Manage Catering set up at customer location and improve service
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and in accordance with agreement entered into with customers
· Planning catering menus and determine related food and labour costs
· Develop and design Individual pack catering service for events
· Understand specific customer need according to food allergies and sensitivity and provide options
· May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Job Requirements:
· Previous restaurant management experience, minimum 1-year
· Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as solid track record of delivering timely results
· Driven and focused. Passion for people and service excellence
· Ability to inspire, motivate and develop people
