Job Description

Marketing Coordinator
Wages: $36.50/ Hour
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Employment Type: Permanent employment, Full-Time
Weekly Hours: 32 to 35 Hours/ week
Start Date: As soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Develop communication strategies
• Develop policies
• Evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Implement communication strategies and programs
• Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content
• Supervise professional and support staff and students
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Perform administrative tasks
• Plan development projects
• Recruit and hire staff
• Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Develop portfolio of marketing materials
• Evaluate customer service and store environments
• Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
• Develop marketing strategies
• Develop and implement business plans
• Maintain and manage digital database
• Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
• Conduct market research to identify target demographics, competitive services, and trends
• Coordinate the design of promotional materials in print and digital
• Organize and promote events like education fairs, webinars
• Attend and represent the consultancy at external events
• Identify and build partnerships with education institutions and partner universities
• Deliver presentations to engage prospective clients at events
