CAREGIVER, BABYSITTING
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $17 Hourly, for 30 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: close to intersection of Elgin Mills & Woodbine
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: English
Children’s Ages: Kindergarten & School Age
Work Setting: Employer’s home. Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment
Specific Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties,
Shop for food and household supplies,
Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens,
Bathe, dress and feed infants and children,
Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
Prepare and serve nutritious meals,
Supervise and care for children,
Take children to and from school and to appointments,
Tend to emotional well-being of children,
Help children with homework.
