Salary: $14.50 to $15.50 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Site Environment: Noisy
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
Personal Suitability: Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Excellent oral communication
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Special Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Establish work schedules, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control
Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
Workers Supervised: Kitchen and food service helpers, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers
