Sicamous Super “8” Motel located on 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0 is looking for a Motel Manager to work at the motel. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our guests as part to our commitment to make our guests’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This is a year-round, full – time position.
The right candidate will negotiate procurements with current and potential vendors, implement and ensure that all policies and procedures and followed, recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules, will work closely with the motel owner to develop promotional strategies, ensure that the guest’s overall experience during their stay in the motel meets their expectations in terms of cleanness and comfort, resolve guest’s complaints.
