Position: Kitchen Helper
Wage: CAD$16.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (Part time also available)
Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips
Job Duties:
· Wash and peel vegetables, fruit;
· Wash, clean, and sanitize work tables, meat blocks, appliances, cupboards and kitchen work areas;
· Sharpen kitchen knives;
· Handle and store cleaning products;
· Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas;
· Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff;
· Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
Job Requirements:
· Education: Not required;
· Experience: Not required (experience an asset);
· On-the-job training provided.
