Title of position: 1 Restaurant Assistant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time year-round work
Duties:
• Control food waste and ensure that juice/food is handled according to Dairy Queen’s standards
• Anticipate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Ensure that all equipment is working properly and is in good repair
• Prepare weekly schedules. Organize and supervise shifts
• Identify recruitment needs, hire and oversee staff training
• Assist the Manager with all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operation
• Maintain store inventory /stock
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints
• Perform other related duties as required
Wages: $25.00/hr for 40hrs/week
