Job duties:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Track and order parts and office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions.
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to shop guidelines and the manufacturer’s format and time frame.
Completing and approving expense reports, reconciling and processing/approval of invoices and purchase orders.
Implement policies and procedures by co-ordinating with the owner and management.
Handle complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns
Order parts and record repairs, payments (Invoices & receipts), maintenance schedule and communication with manufacturers in company’s Management system. Assembles data and prepares periodic and special reports.
Qualification:
· 1-2 Years of relevant office work experience
· High School or equivalent level of education
· Excellent organization and time management skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), email and internet.
· Knowledge of oral and written English Language is required.
