Terms of employment: Full-time, year-round work
Duties:
• Prepare dough for cakes, muffins, bread, rolls, and special sweets according to own vegetarian recipes.
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Frost and decorate cakes
• Ensure that the bake goods meet our quantity standards
• Coordinate with management to determine the type of goods to produce based on special orders, seasons, and demand from customers.
• Prepare a weekly list of baking supplies needed for management.
• May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
• May hire, train and supervise baking personnel.
• Organize and maintain inventory
Wages: $ 25.00/hr. based on 40 hours a week
Location of work: Intersection between 130 St. & 132 St.
