Job Title: Meat packer
Term of employment: Full time Permanent; 30-40 hours per week.
Start day: As soon as possible
Shift(s): Flexible schedule including Weekend ( Saturday).
Language: English
Wage: $ 17 per hour.
Openings: 2

JOB DUTIES
Operating tills, slicing and packaging sandwich meats and cheese.
Packaging and labelling ready to eat product
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
Preparing, weighing and boxing shipments
Organizing coolers
Keeping track of inventory
Maintaining Food Safety requirements. Clean machines and immediate work areas
Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
No experience is required, but any experience is an asset.
Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
Must be able to take direction and work well with others
Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
Positive and friendly attitude with good communication skills
Able to stand for extended periods.
Organized and able to work under pressure in a very busy environment.
