Job Description

JOB DUTIES

• Oversee administrative functions within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage documentation related to inventory, shipments, and stock levels, including entering and updating data into system
• Record and distribute meetings minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Maintain and file all relevant paperwork to ensure record accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse inquiries, handling both telephone and electronic communications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating logistics and delivery timelines.
• Order and manage warehouse supplies, including packaging materials and office stationery.

QUALIFICATION

• Secondary School Diploma or above
• Proven clerical experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
