Building Operator

The primary purpose of the Building Operator is to assist the Property Manager(s) in managing the day to day on-site operations of the properties located within a geographic area or as changed from time to time. With minimal direction from the Property Manager(s), the Building Operator is expected to ensure the safety and well-being of the tenants and to keep the building maintained at the highest possible standard at all times while performing the duties and responsibilities.
