Job Description:
• Manage the overall day-to-day running of all aspects of the motel, including occupancy, food and beverage and events/banqueting
• Contribute to training and development of the hotel team
• Manage customers’ expectations and deal and resolve with all queries
• Arrange and oversee maintenance duties to the property
• Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities
• Recruit and supervise staff
• Prepare budgets and monitor the revenue and expenses
