Position: Cook
Wages: CAD$16.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week

Job Duties:
· Prepare and cook Korean food items including various Korean-style fried chickens, Kimchi and other fried rice dishes, fish cake soup and clam soup, spicy rice cake, and other Korean dishes on the menu;
· Maintain inventory and records of food & supplies;
· Oversee kitchen operations;
· Train other employees with respect to food preparation.
Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school;
· Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
