Job Description:
Mint Painting & Renovation Ltd. is a Company providing interior-exterior painting services, home improvement and renovations, power-washing.
We are currently looking to hire 3 experienced permanent full-time Construction Painters.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
· Prepare paint by mixing and/or thinning;
· Ensure surfaces are prepared and cleaned for painting;
· Apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, oil, varnish or metal coating using brushes, rollers or spray equipment;
· Measure, cut and apply wallpaper or fabric to walls;
· Advise customers on selection of colour schemes and choice of wall coverings.
Job requirements:
· Completion of high school;
· Minimum of З years of experience as а painter;
· Sufficient English language communication skills;
· Job task planning and organizing skills required;
· Well rounded customer focused with problem solving ability;
· Ambitious, proactive nature and positive attitude;
· Strong team worker, great interpersonal skills, and proven communication skills.
