WORK LOCATION : 4 – 81 Garry St.
Winnipeg, Manitoba
JOB DUTIES :
• Assign store workers to duties and prepare work schedules, as well as supervise and coordinate store staff;
• Resolve issues that may arise in the store including customer requests/complaints and supplies shortage;
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and order/procure merchandise for sale;
• Prepare reports, train new staff and monitor performance;
• May perform the same duties of other store staff, as necessary, and to perform other supervisory functions.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS :
• At least one-year work experience as Manager/Supervisor gained from managing a business or employment in Canada or overseas
• At least High School graduate in Canada/overseas plus work experience or its equivalent. A 1-year post-secondary diploma is a plus factor
• Can speak and write good English
• Familiar with Point-of-Sale System; possess a Manitoba Driver’s License; Computer literate
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
• Permanent/Full time
• Work Hours: 30 – 36 hours per week / Monday – Friday
• Salary: ($14.50 – $18.50/hr.)
• With benefits package (i.e. group pension, sick/vacation pay)
