Responsibilities
The position involves processing lobsters by separating and removing meat from the lobster shell, packing and weighing lobster products. Responsibilities include checking product and packaging for defects and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role may also involve handling and grading live lobster for storage or processing. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces at the end of the shift is required.
