Travlink Employment Consulting & Travel Ltd is currently looking for an Engagement Manager to work closely with the team of travel experts and the CEO.
The main duties of this position includes but is not limited to:
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies and retainer agreements of the company
Hire, train and supervise staff
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Manage client accounts, including the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Work with clients to design and deliver customized travel packages, itineraries, and services tailored to their specific needs.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and offering additional services.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and travel plans to clients, showcasing the agency’s offerings and solutions.
Manage contracts, billing, and invoicing processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
